DESCRIPTION:Seeking Volunteers for the Winter Welcome!\nCPBA is teaming up with MCA to request volunteers to help manage and tend to the fire pits and also attend the CPBA Booth at the Central Park Winter Welcome on Friday\, November 22 from 5-8pm in 29th Ave Town Center. \nYou may volunteer for 1\, 2 or 3-hour time slots. \nCPBA members are also encouraged to bring with them goodies and swag to pass out to the public as desired. Please come with festive spirits to join the booth and help people with the fire pits! The MCA will provide gloves\, and volunteers must be 18 years or older. \nVolunteer at the Winter Welcome with CPBAJoin us as we flip the switch on our holiday lights at the 29th Ave Town Center on Friday\, November 22nd. There will be live performances from the Denver Dolls & more\, vendors selling goodies and a Winter Welcome bar selling hot chocolate and adult beverages! \nThe tree lighting ceremony will begin at 6:00pm! \nAdditionally\, there will also be Girl Scouts selling s’mores\, MCA partners giving away special treats and pictures with Santa beginning at 5:00pm. \n*We will close 29th Avenue from Quebec to Roslyn Street at 8am to set up for the event.

Hand out promotional items and info about your business or organization and chat with neighbors on the green before the show begins. \nAll businesses who sign up to attend the CPBA booth will be featured in a short “commercial” playing on screen. \nSign Up for the CPBA Booth\n*Only available to paid CPBA members. \n\nMCA Outdoor Movie Series\nGrab your blankets\, coolers\, your friends and neighbors! The Outdoor Movie Series kicks off in June of each summer to offer the community an outdoor experience on the South Green. You are welcome to bring lawn chairs and blankets\, but we do ask that lawn chairs and other objects do not obstruct the view of others. \nShowtimes generally begin at dusk and are held on Fridays throughout the season. Each Movie on the South Green will feature a concessions stand to benefit a local nonprofit organization. The concessions stand will sell freshly popped popcorn\, candy\, sodas and bottled water. Food trucks are often parked at these events\, providing local goodies and food items. \n

Hand out promotional items and info about your business or organization and chat with neighbors on the green before the show begins. \nSign Up for the CPBA Booth\nBooth location to be sent out closer the event. \n*Only available to paid CPBA members. \n\nMCA Outdoor Concert Series\nThe MCA hosts some of Denver’s most well-known bands on the stage at Founders Green and Conservatory Green. Dance ’til you drop or just sit back and relax. Either way\, it is a great way for the whole family to enjoy music under the stars. Concerts are held on select Saturdays and will begin at 6pm on Founders Green (29th Ave & Roslyn St). MoJaBlu Concerts are held on select Thursdays and will begin at 6:30pm on Conservatory Green (49th & Valentia). \n
