Fill new resident welcome bags with promo items. \n8:00: Welcome + introductions \n8:10-8:50: Board Presentation \n\nGetting back on track after Covid\nElection for open positions\n\nBoard Member & Vice President of Marketing and Communication\nBoard Member & Vice President of Events\n\n\nIncreasing participation\nValue of membership\nWhat should the CPBA look like in the future?\n\n8:50-9:00: Community + Member Announcements \n9:00-9:15: Stuff bags\, have another cup of coffee\, connect with other members. \n\nWelcome Bags\nOdd-numbered month meetings (1-January\, 3-March\, 5-May\, 7-July\, 9-September\, and 11-November) will include welcome bags to be distributed to 50 new Central Park homeowners. One of the benefits of being a CPBA member is to include a promotional item—coupons\, flyers\, promo items (ex. pen\, writing pads\, etc.)—customized from your business to get the word out locally to those who are newest to the neighborhood. We will ask for volunteers to distribute these bags after the meeting. \nMembers please bring 50 enclosures (coupons\, promo items) to this meeting to stuff in welcome bags! \nCan’t make it to the meeting\, but have items for Welcome Bags?\nPlease drop off 50 of your business’ promo items anytime before the meeting date at Runway Workspaces\, 2373 Central Park Blvd\, Suite 100.
