DESCRIPTION:New date is MAY 5. \n×\n  \nCalling all CPBA members and their families – let’s help clean up and beautify Central Park! \nCPBA is partnering with Bluff Lake Nature Center\, Westerly Creek Elementary\, and Northfield High School to do a clean up. It will run it from 9am-2pm\, although if you want to help specifically at Bluff Lake Nature Center\, staff will be on site only from 9-11am. \nRSVP to the Clean Up\n  \n9am-2pm: Clean up from Westerly Creek Elementary School (8800 E. 28th Ave) northeast along Greenway Park\, north along Westerly Creek\, east along the Sand Creek Trail\, to Bluff Lake Nature Center! Come for as long or as little as you’d like. We will have tables at WCE and also in the northern part of the route to get your bags\, grab a picker (limited supply) and a donut for the kids. \n9-11am: Bluff Lake Nature Center clean up. Tess & Leila will be present on site to help guide volunteers and provide supplies. \n*In case of inclement weather\, you will be notified 48 hours in advance for rescheduling. \nPrint & Sign the Waiver\n(Print 1 waiver per family/group.) \n \n\nPlease stay home if you have a fever\, cough or shortness of breath. We also recommend that those who are immunocompromised or otherwise at a higher health risk stay home.\nMaintain physical distancing of at least 6’ from other workers when possible.\nMasks are no longer required outdoors\, but they are recommended for higher risk individuals and when working in very close proximity to others.\nPractice good hygiene. Don’t touch your face. Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds – or use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol content.\nAvoid sharing tools if possible. We can also collect fruit straight from any trees you volunteer. This event is an amazing opportunity to showcase your business and talk with parents. \nSign up for the CPBA Booth at the Egg HuntWHO: We plan for about 400-600 kids a year and stuff about 9000 eggs. This is happening close to Easter this year\, so we anticipate even higher numbers.\nThere are only 15 total tables at this event. Each table has eggs out in front (provided) that kids come and collect. They get a sticker/stamp from each table for their scorecard. \nThere are take-back boxes for empty eggs. DESCRIPTION:Families welcome!\nCandy and eggs provided to booths.\nWHEN: Saturday\, April 4 from 10am-12pm \nWHERE: Uplands Park in Conservatory Green (north of Northfield Blvd\, between Xenia St & Yosemite St). \nWHAT: Join the fun at the Conservatory Green Egg Hunt!\nThe CPBA is now organizing this event for our Central Park neighborhood. There will be a magician\, face painter\, balloon artist\, and Easter Bunny in costume. \nWe plan for about 400-600 kids a year and stuff about 9000 eggs. This is happening close to Easter this year\, so we anticipate even higher numbers.\nThere are only 22 total booths at this event. Each table has eggs out in front (provided) that kids come and collect. \nWays to Participate\nSign Up for Your Own Business Booth\nYou can sign up for your business to have its own booth at this event!\nThe cost is $180 for CPBA members and $200 for non-members. \nBOOTH SIGN UP IS NOW CLOSED. \nProvide Giveaways\nProvide giveaways like coupons\, promos\, gifts\, books\, food\, etc. to go in our CPBA basket that people can guess the number of jelly beans and then win a prize basket of items provided by CPBA members. Either bring your items to the March CPBA monthly meeting or drop items off at the home of Marissa Ross. Contact her to coordinate and get the address: marissa@smandrealty.com \nOffer Giveaways for the CPBA Prize Basket Volunteer at the CPBA Booth\nIf you are a smaller business and do not want your own booth\, we will also have a CPBA booth for members to use for free to promote the CPBA and your own businesses (limit 4 people max). We will have a guess the number of jelly beans game\, give out promo items\, and chat with parents while kids grab their eggs. Recycling our eggs cuts down substantially on cost\, so dropping them before you leave is very much appreciated!
