DESCRIPTION:Calling all members\, families and friends – let’s help clean up and beautify Central Park! \nCPBA is partnering with Westerly Creek Elementary\, Denver Green School Northfield\, Northfield High School\, and Bluff Lake Nature Center to do a neighborhood clean up. \n10am-2pm: Clean up from Westerly Creek Elementary School (8800 E. 28th Ave)\, northeast along Greenway Park\, north along Westerly Creek\, east along Sand Creek Trail. Come for as long or as little as you’d like.\n*In case of inclement weather\, you will be notified 48 hours in advance for rescheduling. \nRSVP to the Clean UpBluff Lake Nature Center is under construction during this event and will be off limits for clean up!CPBA will have a table off the parking lot of Central Park (NE corner of MLK and Beeler)+ WCE will also have a table at the east door of the school: get trash bags\, grab a picker\, and a donut. \nPrint & Sign the Waiver(Print 1 waiver per family/group.) \n\nPlease stay home if you have a fever\, cough or shortness of breath. We also recommend that those who are immunocompromised or otherwise at a higher health risk stay home.\nMaintain physical distancing of at least 6’ from other workers when possible.\nMasks are no longer required outdoors\, but they are recommended for higher risk individuals and when working in very close proximity to others.\nPractice good hygiene. Don’t touch your face. Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds – or use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol content.\nAvoid sharing tools if possible. You can have a raffle\, give out promotional items\, or simply chat with parents while kids grab their eggs. This event is an amazing opportunity to showcase your business and talk with parents. \nSign up for the CPBA Booth at the Egg HuntWHO: We plan for about 400-600 kids a year and stuff about 9000 eggs. This is happening close to Easter this year\, so we anticipate even higher numbers.\nThere are only 15 total tables at this event. Each table has eggs out in front (provided) that kids come and collect. They get a sticker/stamp from each table for their scorecard. \nThere are take-back boxes for empty eggs. Recycling our eggs cuts down substantially on cost\, so dropping them before you leave is very much appreciated! \nGiveaways\nPlease provide a giveaway (coupons\, promos\, gifts\, books\, food\, etc.) to go in our CPBA basket that people can guess the number of jelly beans and then win a prize basket of items provided by CPBA members. \nEither bring your items to the March/April CPBA monthly meeting or drop items off at the home of Marissa Ross.
