About Welcome Bags
Every month the CPBA delivers 50 welcome bags to the newest residents in the neighborhood. The 50 bags will be at our monthly CPBA meeting on the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 8-9am at MCA’s The Cube at 8371 Northfield Blvd.
As a CPBA member you may bring 50 promo items (pens, stickers, coupons, brochures, etc.) to stuff into the bags at The Cube before or after the meeting.
After the meeting, CPBA is responsible for delivering 25 bags and CPUN (Central Park United Neighbors) will coordinate delivery of the remaining 25 bags. Linda Beardsley coordinates the delivery of bags on behalf of CPBA.
Have promo items, but can’t make it to the meeting?
If you aren’t able to make it to the meeting in person, but have promo items, you can drop them off at Runway Workspaces, 2373 Central Park Blvd #100, Denver, CO 80238, between Monday – Friday between 10am – 5pm. Drop off cutoff is 3pm the day before our meeting on Tuesday. One of our board members will bring items to the meeting to put into the bags.
Welcome Bags Delivery Signup
Please include the following:
- In the “Quantity” field enter the number of bags you will deliver up to 25
- Your phone number
- Your email
Prior to the Tuesday morning meeting you signed up to deliver bags, you will recieve an email with the addresses to deliver Welcome Bags. The number of addresses will be equal to or less than the number of bags you signd up to deliever depending on the number of volunteers signed up for the month.
At the end of the meeting, please take the number of bags that match the number of addresses in the email you recieved as well as the same number CPBA/CPUN door hangers. Please place the door hanger on the handle of the Welcome Bag when you deliver the bag.
Welcome Bags Committee
- Purpose: To discuss all things related to new resident welcome bags, including:
- distribution and coordination with CPUN
- contents and collecting items
- Meetings: 3rd Monday from 12-1pm on Zoom
