The CPBA will have a booth to promote your business* at The Shops at Northfield. Hand out candy and promotional items/info about your business and chat with families. Bring your own trick-or-treat giveaways!

*Only available to paid CPBA members. Free. Limited sign ups available (8 members max) so be sure to sign up asap.

Guidelines for the CPBA Booth

  • We kindly ask that you must be in attendance to pass out your goodies. And please make sure you take your own materials when you leave.

  • CPBA will provide the booth, table(s) and 2 chairs. Please do not bring additional signage (table, tent, or ground signs). Unfortunately the table and tent space is just not big enough for everyone to bring signs. You may bring additional chairs as desired.

  • Limit your attendance in the booth to a max of 2 employees per member business. (Again, sizing is limited.)

  • You may not bring anything that fits outside the tent. You are restricted to small handouts only since this is a shared space with other members.

  • CPBA has a booth to share with other CPBA members which is offered as a member benefit at no additional cost. If you wish to have your own business booth space, please contact the MCA offices. Each event is $500/booth to reserve your own space on the green.

  • We are there under the emphasis of the CPBA with the added benefit to advertise your own company via flyers, brochures, coupons, giveaways, and goodies, so please make sure to pass out material for both.
