Amanda Campbell is a residential real estate agent with Focus Real Estate, specializing in Denver’s Central Park neighborhood, where she’s proudly lived since 2014. As a long-time resident with deep local knowledge, Amanda is passionate about helping clients buy and sell homes in Central Park and is known for her thoughtful, relationship-based approach.
With a background in economics, psychology, and healthcare, Amanda brings a unique mix of market expertise, analytical insight, and empathy to every transaction. While her primary focus is Central Park, she also supports clients across the Denver metro area, particularly those navigating major life transitions or building real estate portfolios.
Amanda is actively involved in the community and supports several nonprofits focused on health, grief support, and education. She is also a donor and advocate for the palliative care team at CU Anschutz, helping to further key initiatives and programs.
Outside of work, you’ll find Amanda traveling and exploring the outdoors with her fiancé, son, and their dog Jeff, or enjoying a cozy game night with friends and a great glass of wine.
Joe Phillips, a New Mexico transplant who’s called Denver home for over 20 years, has spent the last 13 immersed in Central Park real estate. He leads a strong team offering brokerage and property management services, and adds community value through his neighborhood blog, Central Park Scoop. Outside work, Joe enjoys time with his wife Mandi and their three athletic daughters—Emme, Tatum, and Sloane. A self-proclaimed high-90s golfer who once shot a 78, Joe and his partner Biff also run Progress Coworking, a local workspace near Stanley Marketplace in NW Aurora.
