I’m Tracie Konigsbauer, a Denver-area real estate broker with eXp Realty. I help buyers and sellers throughout the metro area, with a special focus on senior rightsizing, probate and inherited properties, divorce, and other life transitions.

Whether you’re helping a parent move, managing a loved one’s home after a loss, or exploring your own next chapter, we start with your goals, timing, and circumstances. I help you understand your options, decide what preparation makes sense, and coordinate the steps from planning through closing. For properties that need work, we can compare a traditional listing, an as-is sale, and investor offers.

My background includes public relations, corporate sales, and marketing. Outside of real estate, I serve on the board of No Kill Colorado and support animal rescue and adoption efforts.
