Denver Central Park Living Magazine is a high-end, full-color, glossy magazine that is mailed monthly directly to Central Park resident homes. It’s about being on the inside of a network and community. It’s participating within a community with a localized interest. We showcase local families on the cover, provide areas for the community to participate, and provide local and relevant content. Our content is about the people, by the people, and for the people. By empowering neighbors to communicate effectively and efficiently with one another, we bring neighbors and businesses together.
Our open rate is 89.4% and market influence is nearly all homeowners. We use a micro-targeting approach that gives business owners the opportunity to reach highly sought-after niche markets.
