Opening a Bottle is an online wine education magazine focused on the world of European wines. We host regular in-person and virtual seminars. Subscribers not only get access to these events, but also complete access to wine reviews and wine tasting reports. Our editor-in-chief, Kevin Day, is based in Central Park. He is a professional photographer and an acclaimed wine writer who has been certified through the Wine Scholar Guild.

Filled with vivid imagery, educational videos, and well-crafted editorial, Opening a Bottle is a celebration of the craft, terroir and traditions behind wine.
