Awakening Serenity Counseling provides individual and couples counseling. Nicole Hepler is an experienced counselor specializing in trauma therapy and is trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing). Services are available in-person at the Stanley Marketplace and online via telehealth throughout the state of Colorado.

I work with individuals and couples who are feeling burned out, overwhelmed, or stuck after trauma, chronic stress, or life changes. I also am passionate about supporting medical professionals and folks dealing with chronic pain and chronic illness.

My style is warm, down-to-earth, and trauma-informed, focused on helping you feel grounded, balanced, and like yourself again. I am trained in EMDR therapy as well.
