I’m Nick, and I live right here in Central Park. I help owner-run businesses get more customers without working a ton more hours. I look at how people find you, book you, and come back, spot where you’re losing them, and then build what’s missing myself: the website, the booking system, automatic follow-ups, and where AI can take work off your plate. I’ve worked over 15 years in tech as an engineer and product manager, so you’re not just hiring a web guy.
